MOG Raises $2.8 Million

In case you haven't heard, MOG, a music sharing and discovery site announced they've received a $2.8 million investment from the Universal Music Group and the Angels’ Forum. According to CrunchBase, MOG has raised at least $6 million since their founding in June of 2005 by David Hyman.

This round of funding for MOG pushes music technology investments since the beginning of the year to over $60 million. That's impressive. Who's next? If you know of more, or one in the works, just send me an email and I'll add it to the list.
